Made to order
At Bogiana, each bag is handcrafted especially for you.
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We believe in slow, intentional production, creating one piece at a time, just for you.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
As all Bogiana pieces are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

European Union – Right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless the item is custom made or clearly personalized.
Since all Bogiana products are handcrafted to order, this right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with EU consumer law exemptions for made-to-order goods.

Refunds
In the rare case that a refund is approved due to damage or error, we will notify you once the item has been reviewed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
