What materials are your bags made from?

Our bags are crafted from reclaimed and recycled materials, giving new life to what already exists. Each piece is designed to feel luxurious yet conscious, balancing structure, softness, and longevity. Made to look good on night one, and even better after many.

Will you restock sold-out pieces?

Each drop is intentionally limited. Because we work with reclaimed materials, no two batches are ever exactly the same. Some favorites might return in new shades or textures but each piece remains one of a kind

When will my order arrive?

We ship within 1–3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery takes around 3–7 days. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your bag leaves our studio

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No. Each piece is handmade in limited quantities, crafted with care from start to finish. Every bag is uniquely yours, which makes returns or exchanges unavailable. (Think of her as a one-of-a-kind commitment 💌)

To keep your piece looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
